DESTRUCTION CERTIFICATION

All businesses have legal and implied obligations to keep certain information confidential and to responsibly dispose of it at the end of its lifecycle. Whether on paper or in digital format, simply having a certificate of destruction may not suffice. You may have to prove how you got that certificate. At SITECH, we document the entire procedure and keep Chain-of-Custody documentation. Destruction is signed off by a designated Privacy Officer. We keep a copy of all certificates issued and we'll be there to help if the need should arise. We not only stand by our service, we'll stand by you as well.
